Do you deliver to my area?+
We deliver to New Port Richey, Florida and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Submit a quote or call Anthony to confirm that we service your event address.
Do you service parks?+
We do not service parks. Contact us to confirm your private residence, school, church, business, or other event location.
What happens if it rains?+
You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Are the rentals cleaned?+
Every unit is thoroughly cleaned with commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, sanitized, and inspected after each rental. The cleaning process removes dust and debris before deep cleaning and sanitizing.
What do I need for a water slide?+
Provide enough space, an electrical outlet within 50 feet, and a water source. Have a water hose ready and confirm the required length with Anthony. The source FAQ mentions a supplied 25-foot hose; reach and setup requirements should be confirmed for your rental.
Can I use water on a bounce house?+
Only equipment designed for wet use may be used with water. Never use a hose on a dry-only inflatable. Look for the wet/dry information on your rental or ask Anthony.
Does my inflatable have to be on grass?+
Inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors with appropriate anchoring. Grass setups use long steel stakes; other surfaces and indoor setups use sandbags. Tell us your surface when reserving.
What comes with an inflatable?+
The published inflatable setup includes an extension cord, blower, and safety stakes for ground anchoring. Check your product details and tell us your setup surface so the correct anchoring can be arranged.
How do day, overnight, and weekend rentals work?+
Published day rentals end with pickup at 6pm. Overnight covers use after 6pm or keeping the rental overnight, with next-morning pickup. The weekend offer is Saturday 10am through Sunday 5pm. Individual rental prices vary; select your dates to confirm pricing.
How many children can use an inflatable at once?+
The published guidance recommends a maximum of 5–6 children of equal size at a time in a bounce house, and one person at a time on a slide. Follow the specific equipment instructions and setup guidance.
How much space and electricity will I need?+
Check the product’s listed dimensions, space requirements, and electrical circuits. If a measurement is not listed, call before booking. Inflatable product pages ask for an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area.
Are your units made with lead-free vinyl?+
Bouncin’ Away’s published FAQ states that all units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl.
